When you call us
Call (626) 323-8814 and describe what you see on your roof. You decide how much you tell us. Share only the roofing details and contact details you want us to have.
We use what you tell us to answer your question and price the work. We may follow up with you later about that same roof.
What the estimate form asks
The form on this site asks for seven things. They are service needed, structure type, name, phone, email, property address, and project details.
The form needs all seven before it will send. Call us instead when a detail feels too sensitive to type.
Where your message goes
Your submission goes to the inbox our roofing team reads, and a copy goes to the contractor who runs this website for us. It travels through our email provider over an authenticated connection. We set the reply address to the email you typed, so we can write back.
The form sends to those two inboxes only. We do not sell or trade what you send us.
How you know the form went through
The page tells you your request was sent once our email provider accepts it. If it is not accepted, the page says so and asks you to call us.

The security checks on the form
Every submission passes a Cloudflare Turnstile check before we accept it. We also confirm that the request came from this website. A hidden field and a minimum completion time help us catch automated posts.
We check the size and format of each submission. We also limit repeated submissions from the same connection. To do that, we briefly store a scrambled record that expires on its own.
Our error messages stay general. That keeps useful details away from anyone probing the form.
What we do not record
The form is not set up to log what you type. When an email fails to send, our system records limited technical details about that failure. Those notes exist to fix delivery problems, nothing else.
How long we keep your message
Your message stays in our email inbox after we read it. We have not set a fixed deletion schedule yet, so we will not publish one here. Call us if you want your message deleted.
Measurement on this site
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 on these pages. They record page views, taps on our phone links, and form submissions the server confirms. Those events carry no text you typed into the form.
Google may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or clear them in your browser settings. This site does not show a cookie banner right now.
The map and outside links
Some pages show our Google business map. A few pages link to a city department, a public agency, or a roofing manufacturer.
Those organizations follow their own privacy rules. Read their terms before you share personal information with them.
Updates to this policy
We update this page when our tools or our handling practices change. You will see the change in the wording and in the date below.
