We update these pages as our roofing work and our tools change. Pages can change without notice, so what you read today may read differently later.
General roofing information
Our roofing pages describe how the work usually goes. They do not set the scope of work for your roof.
Age, slope, existing layers, and past repairs differ from one roof to the next. Your scope comes from your building, not from a page here.
What shapes an estimate
An estimate comes from what we learn about your roof and your building. Size, pitch, current material, access, and condition all move the number.
Nothing on this website is a price for your roof. Tell us about the building and we can work out the cost with you.
Using the estimate form
Send accurate details, and use an address you are responsible for. Do not submit through scripts, bots, or other automated tools.
The form runs security checks before it accepts anything. Those checks can block a genuine submission by mistake. Call (626) 323-8814 if that happens to you.
What a submission does not create
We cannot guarantee that every submission reaches us, so call us for anything urgent.
Sending the form does not book a date, hold a price, or start work. We cannot promise a reply time or that we will take the job.
A first conversation is only that. Nothing binds either side until we both sign a written roofing agreement.
Roofing permits
When your job needs a permit, we can help you get one filed. The city or county that covers your address writes the rules.
That office runs its own review and sets its own fees. The decision belongs to them, so we cannot promise you a result.

Each of those organizations sets its own terms, and we do not control them. Check their terms before you rely on what you read there.
